| The United States has contributed remarkably towards new technology and invention in education. The Fulbright Teacher Program will provide me an opportunity to learn the use of technology in classroom teaching. Living and working in the American educational environment will expose me to the innovative teaching methods which I would like to incorporate in my teaching and share with my colleagues upon return to India.
I am looking forward to teaching high school physics at my U.S. host school. In addition, I will explore opportunities to start a Global class via internet, where students of my host school in the U.S. and my school in India can collaborate on projects in Math and Science. I look forward to experiencing American culture and sharing Indian culture with American students and fellow teachers. |
